桜の花が日本各地で咲き始める春は、とてもワクワクする季節です。特に寒い季節が好きでない人々にとって、暖かい季節へ移り変わるのは嬉しいことです。また4月は、学校は新学期を迎え、会社も新しい年度が始まる時期です。それぞれが置かれた場所で、皆さん一人一人に神の好意があるようにお祈りします。
イザヤ41:13 あなたの神、主であるわたしが、あなたの右の手を堅く握り、「恐れるな。わたしがあなたを助ける。」と言っているのだから。」
満開の桜はとても美しいです。4月7日には教会の近くにある錦町公園でFCBCメンバーとSCGCメンバー合同でお花見をします。
また4月15日にFCBC横浜教会で、1周年記念をお祝いします。この1年の間、新しい教会を通して神様は素晴らしいことをなさってくださいました。本当にFCBC横浜が立ち上がったことに感謝しています。
– 少人数のワーシップチームを通し、日本語と英語両方で歌えるワーシップソングを3曲作曲しました。2018年にはワーシップCDアルバムを作りたいと願っています。日本中のクリスチャン達が、もっと主に賛美ができるようになりますように。
– 2018年、私たちは6組のラブジャパンチーム、2組の祈りのチームを受け入れました。
– 2018年のエンカウンターウィークエンドの後、2名が洗礼を受けました。
– サムエル・ソング、神山みさ、みぎわさん達によるコンサートを行いました。
– ジョン・マックスウェル・リーダーシップセミナーを行いました。
– 毎月3週目の日曜日には、ホームレスの方々に食事を提供しました。
– 毎週火曜日に11am-2:00pmまで祈りの塔の時間を持ち、家族や個人の必要のため、日本の国のために祈りました。
– 今後は第2と第4の月曜日にセルグループミーティングを始める予定です。クリスチャンの方であればどなたでも歓迎です。
また4月のイベントについて声かけをお願いいたします。
仙台では、22日に月１回の若者向けイベント、ユースエキサイトがあります。
またキャット・マクドウエルさんを迎えての特別コンサートが29日にあります。
横浜では4月15日3:00pmより、サムエル・ソングさんのコンサートと、あきさんによるフラダンスが1周年記念で行われます。
また3名のラブジャパンミッションチームがシンガポールから来てくれます。4月22日から29日まで滞在し、横浜、名古屋、仙台、気仙沼に行き、礼拝で証などをしてくれます。ケン、フイーナ、リンさん3名を歓迎します。

Spring is an exciting season in Japan, with sakura ( cherry blossoms)and new budding leaves appearing all over Japan. For many who do not like the cold, , it is a good change of weather to mild cool climate. The month of April is also the start of new school year for students and new business year for companies. Irrespective of your vocation, we pray for God’s favor to be with each of you in all that you do . Please claim His promise from Isaiah 41:13
“For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.”
Sakura are of course beautiful when they are in full bloom . It was in full bloom in Sendai on Saturday 4/7 , we were so blessed to have Hanami cum lunch at a park (Nishikicho Koen) nearby church as Fcbc family together with choir members of SCGC .
We will be celebrating the 1st Anniversary of FCBC Yokohama on 15 Apr 2018. We reflect with amazement at what God has done for us and through us in this new church over the last one year . Indeed we have much to give thanks for Fcbc Yokohama , please allow us to highlight a few things :
– We have a small worship team now and have written 3 new worship songs that can be sung in Japanese and English. We hope in 2018 we can produce a worship CD album so that christians all over Japan can sing and worship the Lord.
– in 2018 , we hosted 6 Love Japan Mission teams and 2 prayer teams from FCBC Singapore .
– 2 of our members were baptized after
Encounter Weekend in Nov 2018 .
– we held concerts by Samuell Soung , Misa Kamiyama and Migiwa.
– We organized several lessons of John Maxwell Leadership course .
– Every third Sunday of the month , we serve food to the homelsss people
– Every Tuesday , we have Prayer Tower at church from 11am to 2 pm ,where we gather to pray for family ‘s & individual’s needs and for the revival of Japan and nations .
– we will be starting cell group meeting on every second and fourth Monday of the month , beginning this Monday 9th . We invite every christian who attends this church to join us.
Please help us publicize the events that will take place in April .
In Sendai , we have a once a month Youth Xcite on Sunday 22th and a special concert by Kate McDowell on 29th .
In Yokohama , there will be a special concert by Samuell Soung and hula dance by Aki on our First Anniversary, Sunday 15th at 3 pm .
We are pleased to have a 3 members LJ mission team from Singapore . They will be with us from April 22nd till April 29th doing prayer walks in Yokohama , Nagoya , Sendai and Kesennuma and will also be sharing their testimonies at our church services . Please help us to welcome Ken , Hweena and Lynn .
